This web site will introduce you to the Dewsbury and Batley Group of the IAM based in West Yorkshire. Using the links on the left (which you'll find on all our pages) you can find out what our aims are, what we do, how we can help you and how to contact us.

Dewsbury & Batley Group of Advanced Motorists is a Registered Charity. Affiliated to the Institute of Advanced Motorists with the aim of improving car driving standards and road safety in the Dewsbury, Batley, Birstall, Cleckheaton, Heckmondwike and Mirfield areas.

Other groups cover Huddersfield, Wakefield, Leeds and Skipton & District. For details of how to find them, click here. Although Bradford area no longer has its own group, our group has a number of Observers who live in Bradford Post Code areas. So you have the option of joining any of the above groups to suit your location.
